Goal Setting

Brief Summary Session:

This session is aimed at helping coaches to set goals for themselves, in terms of coaching and personal planning, as
well as to work with swimmers to set better goals.Many people who set goals, especially in the sport environment, place huge emphasis on outcome based goals as opposed to process based goals. The session unpacks the difference between the two and provides opportunity for practical application. It also looks at how being gritty can assist in achieving goals, and practical ways of developing grit in ourselves.
