The Physiology School

ASCA Level 3

The Physiology School. This is all about the planning and execution of training for athletes of all ages, from 8 and unders to the elite. Along the way, you are “reminded” of some basic science.  Once you can teach strokes and understand the philosophy of our sport, it’s time to have a coherent training plan for your athletes of every age. Long-term development of athletes is key to good coaching.

This course is run over 2 full days and the cost is R2,100.  The course material needs to be read beforehand so book well in advance and we will post your manual onto you.

[box type=”info” style=”rounded”]These ASCA courses are open to anyone, not just swimming coaches, who feels they will benefit from them.  There are no pre-requisites for attending the courses – just arrive with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and share![/box]
