My daughter Lilianne joined just over a year ago at age 10. She was a timid little mouse, very unsure of herself and a nervous child.

In her first season, she improved and now often gets top 10 and even top 5 in large meets. Her school work has improved tremendously and she is a more focussed confident young lady.
Our coaches are phenomenal, hard when they need to be and kind and caring, taking each child’s personality into account.

They are astute observers and pick up on stroke mechanics. They are focussed and keep up to date with all new advances.

Being swimmers themselves they know that training also has to be fun and often partake in a sneaky race against the swimmers.

This is the beginning of a very long relationship with our Swimfamily.
